Copyright Policy
Last updated: May 17, 2026. Cine Study Lab respects intellectual property rights and provides this process for copyright or rights-holder concerns.
1. User responsibility
Cine Study Lab is a private visual study workspace. Users are responsible for ensuring that they have the rights, permissions, licenses, or lawful basis needed for any media they upload, save, copy, or analyze through the service.
2. Operator-provided materials
Cine Study Lab may provide sample or operator-managed materials only when they are created by the operator, licensed, public-domain, or otherwise authorized for the intended use.
3. Takedown requests
If you believe material available through the service infringes your copyright or other rights, send a notice to support@cinestudylab.com that includes:
- The copyrighted work or rights you claim have been infringed.
- The material you believe is infringing and enough detail for us to locate it.
- Your name, organization if applicable, email address, and contact information.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
4. Review and action
Upon receiving a valid notice, we may remove, disable, or restrict access to the material, notify the relevant user when appropriate, and take action against repeat infringers or accounts that misuse the service.
