Privacy Policy

We collect account information such as email address, authentication provider, nickname, plan status, and administrative account state. We also process uploaded shots, videos, thumbnails, notes, metadata, study progress, scene submissions, votes, and FrameDrop activity.

We may collect technical information such as IP address, browser, device, pages visited, server logs, security events, and performance telemetry needed to operate and protect the service.

Payment details are processed by a payment provider. Cine Study Lab stores billing identifiers, subscription status, plan type, billing cycle, renewal or end dates, and webhook event records needed to manage access and prevent duplicate processing.

We use information to provide accounts, cloud storage, AI suggestions, FrameDrop participation, voting and results, plan limits, subscription access, support, abuse prevention, security, debugging, product improvement, legal compliance, and rights-holder or takedown review.

When you use AI-assisted features, relevant text, image, metadata, or analysis context may be sent to AI/API providers to generate suggestions. Do not submit confidential or sensitive material unless you are comfortable with that processing.

We use service providers for hosting, database, authentication, storage, payments, analytics/performance telemetry, AI processing, metadata lookup, and email or support operations. These providers may process information only as needed to deliver their services to Cine Study Lab.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information to service providers, comply with law, enforce our Terms, protect users and the service, respond to rights-holder or takedown requests, investigate prohibited content, or complete a business transaction such as a merger or acquisition.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, manage subscriptions, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, preserve security records, and maintain backups. Account deletion may remove or anonymize personal information unless retention is required or permitted by law.

You can access and update some account information in the product. You may request account deletion, data access, correction, or support through support@cinestudylab.com. Some requests may be limited by security, billing, fraud prevention, intellectual property review, or legal obligations.

Cine Study Lab is not intended for children under 13. Information may be processed in countries other than where you live, depending on our service providers and infrastructure.

We may update this Privacy Policy as Cine Study Lab changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last-updated date.
