Refund Policy

Last updated: May 17, 2026. This policy explains how Cine Study Lab reviews refund requests for paid subscriptions and plan changes.

During beta, paid checkout is paused and plan access is granted manually. This policy describes the process that will apply when paid subscriptions are enabled again.

1. Subscription access

Paid subscriptions unlock plan features such as AI quota, Shot Library capacity, and guided study workflows. If you cancel, access normally continues until the end of the current paid billing period.

2. Refund review

Unless required by applicable law or a written support decision, renewal payments and partially used billing periods are generally non-refundable after paid features have been made available.

We may consider refunds for duplicate charges, payment processing errors, or accidental first purchases reported promptly.

3. How to request a refund

Contact support@cinestudylab.com with your account email, order or invoice information, the plan charged, and a brief explanation of the issue.

If a merchant of record or payment provider processed your transaction, refund handling may also be subject to that provider's buyer terms, refund rules, and support process.
